城乡教师职业倦怠感的影响因素及其差异研究——基于中国教育追踪调查数据 被引量:4

摘要 基于中国教育追踪调查数据,对我国城乡教师职业倦怠感现状、影响因素及其差异进行了实证分析,结果发现:职业倦怠感普遍存在于城乡教师队伍中,乡村教师相较于城市教师更易产生职业倦怠感;城乡教师职业倦怠感受多种因素的叠加影响,年龄、任教科目、最高学历、工作压力、薪资水平、行政支持和校园风气是显著影响城乡教师职业倦怠感的因素;相比而言,城市教师职业倦怠感更易受获奖经历和学生成绩的影响,而年龄、工作压力、有无事业编制与是否师范院校毕业等因素对乡村教师职业倦怠感的影响更大。 On the basis of the data of China Education Panel Survey,an empirical analysis of the current status,influence factors and differences of burnout among Chinese urban and rural teachers was made.It is found that burnout generally exists in urban and rural teachers.Rural teachers are more likely to have a sense of burnout compared to urban teachers.Urban and rural teachers’burnout experiences the superposition of different levels and various factors.Age,subject,the highest academic degree,job stress,salary level,administrative support,and schooling atmosphere are factors that significantly influence the burnout of urban and rural teachers.The burnout of urban teachers is more likely to be influenced by the award-winning experience and students’academic performance,while factors such as age,job stress,authorized strength,and whether they graduated from normal universities have a greater impact on the job burnout of rural teachers.
