摘要
教育范式由“教学范式”向“学习范式”转变,是高等教育对技术变革产生影响的回应。教师发展中心需要通过职能转向应对新的教育范式对教师教学及学习提出的新要求。然而,教育范式转变视角下教师发展中心职能转向面临现实困境:学习服务技术化,忽视教师学习的情境性;资源推送同质化,忽视教师学习的能动性;服务过度依赖技术,忽视教师学习的创造性。教师发展中心职能转向应由“管理”转向“服务”,由“独立”转向“协同”,由“教师培训”转向“教师发展”。
The shift of education paradigm from"teaching paradigm"to"learning paradigm"is the re-sponse of higher education to the impact of technological change.The center for faculty developmentneeds to respond to the new demands of new education paradigm on teachers'teaching and learningthrough functional transformation.However,from the perspective of education paradigm shift,the func-tional transformation of center for faculty development is faced with realistic dilemmas:technical learn-ing services ignore the situational nature of teachers'learning;the homogenization of resource push ig-nores teachers learning initiative;services relying too much on technology ignore teachers'creativity inlearning.The functional transformation of center for faculty development should shift from"management"to"service",from"independence"to"collaboration",from"teacher training"to"teacher development".
