“大食物观”视域下高职食品专业课程思政建设探索

Exploration on Ideological and Political Education Construction of Food Specialty Course in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on“Overall Food View”

在“大食物观”视域下,针对当前食品安全现状和新形势,结合高职食品专业课程思政建设存在的问题,黄河水院食品专业凝练了培“诚信”之根、铸“担当”之魂、启“创新”之智、润“自信”之心的思政教育目标,结合教学实践,探索了诚信与食品安全教育相融合、担当与职业规划教育相融合、创新与未来食品开发相融合、自信与中华饮食文化教育相融合、个人就业与祖国需要相融合的“五融合”课程思政育人新路径,以期提升高职食品专业课程思政育人成效。

Based on“Overall Food View”,in view of the current situation and new situation of food safety,combined with the problems existing in ideological and political construction of food specialty in higher vocational colleges,the food major of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute has refined the ideological and political education objectives of cultivating the root of“integrity”,casting the soul of“responsibility”,inspiring the wisdom of“innovation”and improving the heart of“confidence”.Combining with teaching practice,it explores a new path of ideological and political education of“Five Integration”course,which integrates integrity and food safety education,responsibility and career planning education,innovation and future food development,confidence and Chinese food culture education,individual employment and the needs of the motherland,in order to improve the effect of ideological and political education of food specialty course in higher vocational colleges.
