碳纤维湿法造纸工艺及碳纤维纸基功能材料的研究进展 被引量:6

Research Progress of Wet-laid Pulp Process for Carbon Fibers and Paper-based Functional Materials Derived from Carbon Fibers

摘要 碳纤维(Carbon fibers, CF)是一种含碳量在90%以上的新型纤维材料,具有高强、高模、轻质、导电、耐高温和良好的化学稳定性等优异特性,作为一种基础工程材料被广泛应用于航空航天和轨道交通等领域。碳纤维纸因同时具备碳纤维优异的力学、电学和化学稳定性,以及纸基材料的均匀多孔和柔韧特性而被广泛应用于电磁防护、电加热、摩擦片、燃料电池气体扩散层和电极材料。近年来,碳纤维纸的制备工艺及碳纤维纸功能材料研究已经引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。基于此,本文综述了国内外碳纤维纸基功能材料的湿法造纸工艺及应用的研究进展,探讨了碳纤维纸发展所面临的问题,并对其未来应用进行了展望。 Carbon fibers,as new type of fiber material,contained more than 90%carbon.For their excellent properties such as high-strength,high-modulus,low-density,electric conductivity,temperature-resistance,and chemical stability,carbon fibers were widely used in aerospace and rail transportation as engineering materials.Carbon fiber papers were critical foundational material for electromagnetic wave shielding,friction plate,electric heating,gas diffusion layer(GDL)of fuel cell,electrode of capacitor,which exhibited excellent mechanical,electrical,and chemical stability as well as the uniform porosity,flexibility.Recently,research on the formation process and paper-based functional materials derived from carbon fibers has attracted extensive attention in academia and industry.Herein,the research process of formation process and application of carbon fiber paper from home and abroad were reviewed.The new challenge of wet-laid pulp process for carbon fiber paper was discussed,and the development tendency of carbon fiber paper has been prospected.
