遵义广播电视大学开放教育毕业生满意度调查的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Satisfaction Survey of Open Education Graduates at Zunyi Radio&TV University

为探究遵义广播电视大学的教学质量及教学效果,文章以遵义分校2022年春季开放教育毕业生满意度网上调查作为样本,从教师工作、教学过程、学业期待等方面研究了该届毕业生学业期待的满意程度,并针对调查的结果提出优化课程资源和网课平台,提高线下教学质量,重视差异化学习支持服务等建议,旨在为遵义分校提高开放教育办学质量提供一定参考。

To explore the teaching quality and teaching effect of Zunyi Radio&TV University,this paper takes the online survey of the satisfaction of open education graduates in the Zunyi Branch in the spring of 2022 as a sample,and studies the satisfaction of the graduates'academic expectation from the aspects of teachers'work,teaching process and academic expectation.According to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing curriculum resources and online course platform,improving offline teaching quality,and attaching importance to differentiated learning support services,to provide some reference for Zunyi Branch to improve the quality of open education.
