新时代背景下高职学生工匠精神培育的历史传承与行动路径 被引量:4

摘要 培育学生工匠精神是高职教育必须重视的问题。研究新时代高职教育如何有效培育学生的工匠精神具有重要的现实意义。从调查目前高职教育培育学生工匠精神的困境入手,研究我国传统工匠精神的传承启示,提出了构建“企业+学校+家庭”协同培育体系的行动路径,包括加强校企合作的顶层设计,增强企业协同育人意识,深化学校教学改革,打造“匠心·匠气·匠技”双师型师资队伍,营造校企协同育人文化环境,以及重视家庭教育的促进作用,以期为新时代高职教育培育学生工匠精神提供借鉴与参考。 Cultivating students’spirit of workmanship is an important issue in higher vocational education.It is of great significance to study how to effectively cultivate the spirit of workmanship of students in higher vocational education in the new era.Based on the investigation into the dilemma of cultivating students’spirit of workmanship in higher vocational education at present,this paper studies the inheritance and enlightenment of Chinese traditional spirit of workmanship,and puts forward the action path of constructing the cooperative cultivation system of“enterprise+school+family”,including strengthening the top-level design of school-enterprise cooperation,enhancing the awareness of cooperative education of enterprises,deepening the teaching reform of schools,creating a double-qualified teacher team of“craftsman ingenuity,craftsman temperament and craftsmanship”,creating a cultural environment for school-enterprise collaborative education and attaching importance to the promoting role of family education,which aims to provide reference for cultivating students’spirit of workmanship in higher vocational education in the new era.
