摘要
研究玻璃纤维样品用压片法与熔片法制样方法制作样品片,利用波长色散X射线荧光光谱(WD-XRF)法对玻璃纤维化学成分进行检测;研究表明加入熔剂熔融法与混合压片法制样,对硅、铝、钙、镁、铁、钛、钾、钠与锶元素测定结果误差均小于国标(GB/T1549)规定要求;而轻元素氟、硼和易挥发元素硫只能采用混合压片法制样,测试结果符合标准要求。
The glass fiber samples were prepared by lamination method and melting method,and the chemical composition of glass fiber was detected by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescene spectroscopy(WD-XRF).The results showed that the test errors of silicon,aluminum,calcium,magnesium,iron,titanium,potassium,sodium and strontium were lower than those specified in the national standard(GB/T1549),and for light elements fluorine,boron and volatile element sulfur,only mixed lamination method could be used for sample preparation,by which the test results met the standard requirement.
