摘要
为了提高中厚板厚度方向的变形均匀性,模拟研究了差温轧制对变形量的影响。利用热模拟试验机进行07MnNiMoDR钢的热压缩试验,构建试验钢的高温变形本构方程,利用材料性能分析软件JMatPRo计算了该材料的温度场参数,采用DEFORM-3D软件进行差温轧制模拟。结果表明:与均温轧制相比,差温轧制使粗轧后心部等效应变增加了31.2%;表面和心部变形量差由0.85减少到0.18;差温轧制过程最大轧制力为80.20 MN,满足轧机轧制力小于100 MN的要求。
In order to improve the deformation uniformity in the thickness direction of medium plate,the effect of differential temperature rolling on the deformation was studied by simulation.A thermal simulation test machine was employed to carry out the hot compression of 07MnNiMoDR steel and build the constitutive equation of high temperature deformation of the test steel.Then,the temperature field parameters of this steel were calculated using the software JMatPro(material property analysis software).With these parameters,differential temperature rolling simulation was carried out using DEFORM-3D software.The results show that,compared with uniform temperature rolling,differential temperature rolling increases the central equivalent strain by 31.2%after rough rolling.Moreover,the difference between surface and center deformation is reduced from 0.85 to 0.18.The maximum rolling force during differential temperature rolling is 80.20 MN,which meets the requirement that the rolling force of the rolling mill should be less than 100 MN.
