摘要
在数字经济高速发展时代,以网约车为代表的共享出行已成为迅猛发展的共享经济模式之一,众多打车软件应运而生。这类企业的商业模式也成为当前有关互联网技术应用与共享经济领域的研究热点之一。文章基于共享经济研究视角,采用Osterwalder和Yves对商业模式的分类方法,对比分析了美国Uber和我国滴滴出行两家企业在价值主张、需求、运营、盈利和推广等五个方面的异同点,并对我国共享出行企业的持续发展提出了建议。
In the era of rapid development of digital economy,the shared travel mode represented by the online taxi has become one of the rapid developing sharing economy models,and many taxi-hailing types of software have emerged.The business model of such enterprises has also become one of the current research hotspots in the field of internet technology and sharing economy.Based on the perspective of sharing economy research,this paper adopts Osterwalder s and Yves classification of business models to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the Uber in the United States and the Didi in China in the following five aspects:the value proposition,the demand,the operation,the profit and the promotion,and then makes some suggestions for their sustainable development of shared travel enterprises in China.
