摘要
为提升不同工况下矿用圆环链条接链环断裂态势的感知灵敏度,提出了矿用圆环链条接链环断裂态势自动化感知技术。根据矿用圆环链条接链环的尺寸,利用三维软件建立了矿用圆环链条接链环几何模型;根据矿用圆环链条接链环的相对位置,配置了矿用圆环链条接链环断裂态势感知探头;按照矿用圆环链条接链环的标准,采用四面体对接链环的网格划分,利用通过超声波在介质中传播的原理,制定矿用圆环链条接链环断裂态势感知方案,实现了圆环链条接链环断裂态势的自动化感知。实例分析结果表明,采用文中的自动化感知技术时,对矿用圆环链条接链环断裂态势的感知灵敏度可以达到80%以上,可以保证矿用圆环链条接链环的质量。
In order to improve the sensing sensitivity of the fracture situation of the mining ring chain link under different working conditions,an automatic sensing technology of the fracture situation of the mining ring chain link is proposed.According to the size of mining ring chain link,the geometric model of mining ring chain link is established by using three-dimensional software.According to the relative position of the mining ring chain link,a probe for detecting the fracture situation of the mining ring chain link is configured.According to the standard of mining ring chain link,the mesh division of tetrahedron butt link is adopted,and the principle of ultrasonic wave propagation in medium is used to formulate a scheme for sensing the fracture situation of mining ring chain link,which realizes the automatic sensing of the fracture situation of ring chain link.The analysis results show that when the automatic sensing technology in this paper is adopted,the sensing sensitivity of the fracture situation of the mining ring chain link can reach more than 80%,which can ensure the quality of the mining ring chain link.
