摘要
通过采用80000 MPa·s室温硫化甲基硅橡胶(107胶)为基胶,辅以碳酸钙补强、对气相白炭黑、偶联剂和耐热助剂等助剂,制备一种耐高温的硅橡胶。研究了不同种类耐热助剂及添加量、偶联剂、预处理的白炭黑的添加量对硅橡胶耐热性的影响,结果表明:α-Fe_(2)O_(3)、Al(OH)_(3)和ZnO_(3)种耐热助剂,均可以不同程度提高硅橡胶的耐热性,其中Al(OH)3的耐热性最好。通过不同添加量比较,发现Al(OH)_(3)添加量为4%、偶联剂为1.5%、白炭黑为15%时,制备的硅橡胶耐热性较好。
A high temperature resistant silicone rubber was prepared by using 80000 MPa·s room temperature vulcanized methyl silicone rubber(107 rubber)as base rubber,supplemented with calcium carbonate,fumed silica,coupling agent and heat resistant agent.The effects of different types of heat-resistant additives and their contents,coupling agents,and pre-treated silica content on the heat resistance of silicone rubber were studied.The results show that three heat-resistant additivesα-Fe_(2)O_(3),Al(OH)_(3)and ZnO_(3)can improve the heat resistance of silicone rubber to different degrees,among which Al(OH)_(3)has the best heat resistance.The comparison of the addition amounts shows that the prepared silicone rubber has good heat resistance when the addition amount of Al(OH)3 is 4%,the coupling agent is 1.5%,and the silica is 15%.
