集团化办园背景下的协同共享群落构建

Research on Construction of Collaborative and Shared Community Under Background of Collectivization

随着教育信息化的不断推进,为有效解决集团化办园中存在的数据共享不畅、服务体验不佳、设施资源浪费等问题,创新集团化办园模式、提高日常管理效率、促进集团园下属各园区教职工专业提升,已经成为教育管理者深入思考的课题。以集团化办园中的问题为切入点,构建了六大群落、打造共享平台;创新共享方略,推进协同发展;实施共享评价,推进协同发展的协同共享群落管理模式。

With the continuous promotion of education informatization,in order to effectively solve the problems of poor data sharing,poor service experience,waste of facilities and resources in the kindergarten education group,how to innovate the group management mode,improve the daily management efficiency,and promote the professional improvement of the teachers and staff in the subordinate kindergartens of the group has become a subject for the education managers to think deeply.Starting from the problems in collectivization of kindergartens,this paper focuses on the construction strategy of collaborative sharing community,providing a certain basis for the innovation of current education management.
