滑石不同炮制品的物质基础与抗菌活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究滑石经不同方法炮制处理后的变化,为滑石作为治疗药物和药用辅料的物质基础研究提供实验依据。方法 用原子吸收光谱法对生品滑石、炒滑石和水飞滑石进行系统地元素含量分析,用红外光谱分析法对3种样品的特征官能团变化进行讨论,通过测定3种样品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌3种菌的抑菌环直径,初步探讨滑石粉炮制前后的体外抑菌效果。结果 用原子吸收分光光度法测定Fe、Cu、Zn、Se、Mg、Al 6种元素在各滑石样品中含量,各元素线性关系良好,方法学考察合理,其含量均有不同程度变化;红外图谱变化不大,特征峰无明显移动;抑菌实验中,炒滑石对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果最为显著。结论 滑石经不同方法处理后,其元素含量会发生一定程度的变化,但主要生物活性特征基本不变,炒滑石的抑菌效果最强,水飞滑石次之,生品滑石的抑菌效果较差。 Objective To study the changes of Talcum processed by different methods,and to provide experimental evidence for material basis of Talcum as therapeutic drugs and medicinal excipients.Methods The systematic element analysis for raw Talcum,fried Talcum and elutriated Talcum was performed by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).The functional group changes of the 3 samples were studied by infrared spectrometry(IR).The in vitro antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was evaluated by antibacterial ring diameter before and after processing.Results The contents of Fe,Cu,Zn,Se,Mg and Al in Talcum samples were determined by AAS,each element showed good linearity and the methodology is reasonable.The elements contents showed changes before and after processing,but the infrared spectrum changed a little.In antimicrobial experiment,the Fried Talcum showed the most obvious antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion The contents of elements in Talcum were changed to some extent after different processing,but the main biological activity characteristics were basically unchanged.The antimicrobial effect of fried Talcum were the strongest,followed by elutriated Talcum and the raw Talcum.
