摘要
“互联网+”时代,混合式教学将成为未来教育的“新常态”。将线上线下混合式教学模式应用于“食品营养学”课程,对线上平台的课程资源建设、师生互动交流、学生访问线上平台、参与线上考核等情况进行分析。结果表明,短视频是最受学生欢迎的线上资源;相对于传统课堂,混合式教学提升了学生的学习积极性和学习参与度,并显著提高了学生的学习成绩。
In the “internet+ era”,blended teaching will become the “new normal” of future education.In this study,the online and offline blended teaching mode was applied to the course of “Food Nutrition”,followed by an analysis of the construction of course resources,interaction between teachers and students,students' access to online platform and participation in online assessment.The results show that short videos are the most popular online resources for students.Compared with traditional classroom teaching,blended teaching has improved students' learning enthusiasm and participation,and significantly improved their academic performance.
