摘要
将1日龄雪峰乌骨鸡504只随机分为3组,每组设置8个重复(每个重复21只),试验期42 d,其间,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅱ(组Ⅱ)、试验组Ⅲ(组Ⅲ)分别在基础日粮中添加666、1332 mg/kg博落回提取物(MCE),以探究饲粮中添加MCE对育雏阶段雪峰乌骨鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响。结果表明:组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ雏鸡的体质量、日增质量和日采食量均极显著(P<0.01)高于对照组的,组Ⅱ的分别提高了7.2%、8.0%、3.4%,组Ⅲ的分别提高了9.5%、10.3%、5.3%;组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ的料重比相较于对照组的分别下降了4.0%和4.4%;43日龄时,组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ的血清尿素氮水平极显著(P<0.01)低于对照组的,分别降低了26.2%和27.5%,组Ⅲ的血清总蛋白水平显著(P<0.05)高于对照组和组Ⅱ的,分别提高了58.9%和41.3%;添加MCE极显著(P<0.01)提高了十二指肠的绒毛高度(VH)、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(VH/CD),显著(P<0.05)降低了隐窝深度(CD),组Ⅱ和组Ⅲ十二指肠的VH分别提高了12.6%、13.6%,CD分别下降了10.5%、14.7%,VH/CD分别提高了25.5%、32.9%;组Ⅲ空肠的VH/CD比对照组和组Ⅱ的分别显著(P<0.05)增加了6.2%和2.6%。可见,饲粮中添加MCE有助于改善雪峰乌骨鸡雏鸡的肠道形态,促进饲粮中营养物质消化吸收并提高雏鸡的生长性能。
To study the effects of dietary supplementation of Macleaya cordata extract(MCE)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal morphology of Xuefeng black-bone chicks during the brooding stage,a total of 5041-day-old Xuefeng black-bone chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups,each with 8 replicates(21 birds each replicate),and the experimental period was 42 d.During this period,the control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental groupⅡ(groupⅡ)and the experimental groupⅢ(groupⅢ)were supplemented with 666,1332 mg/kg MCE in the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that the body weight,daily gain,and daily feed intake of chicks in groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly(P<0.01)higher than those in control group,and those in groupⅡincreased by 7.2%,8.0%and 3.4%,respectively,and those in groupⅢincreased by 9.5%,10.3%and 5.3%,respectively.Compared with control group,the feed-to-weight ratio of groupⅡand groupⅢdecreased by 4.0%and 4.4%,respectively.At 43 days of age,the serum urea nitrogen level of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly(P<0.01)lower than that of control group,which decreased by 26.2%and 27.5%,respectively;the serum total protein level of groupⅢwas significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of control group and groupⅡ,which increased by 58.9%and 41.3%,respectively.The addition of MCE significantly(P<0.01)increased the villus height(VH)and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(VH/CD)of the duodenum and significantly(P<0.05)decreased the crypt depth(CD)of the duodenum.The VH of the duodenum of groupⅡand groupⅢincreased by 12.6%and 13.6%,their CD decreased by 10.5%and 14.7%,and their VH/CD increased by 25.5%and 32.9%,respectively.Compared with the control group and groupⅡ,the VH/CD of the jejunum of groupⅢwere significantly(P<0.05)increased by 6.2%and 2.6%,respectively.Our results suggested that the treatment of MCE in the diet could increase the intestinal morphology of Xuefeng black-bone chicks,promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the diet,and improve the growth performance of the chicks.
