摘要
校企合作共育人才是职业教育高质量发展的必然选择。郑州铁路职业技术学院城市轨道交通运营管理专业以典型工作任务课程开发为主线,探索“校企交替互通”重构人才培养模式路径。“交替”指校企1+1+1学段交替;“互通”指“岗标证赛课”校企教材互通、“教学做测创”校企教法互通和“三师三梯双链”校企教师互通。此模式可解决校企共育过程中“利”“益”难分、路径不清等问题,有效提高了人才培养质量。
School-enterprise cooperation and co-education of talents is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of vocational education.The major of urban rail transit operation management of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College takes curriculum development of typical work tasks as the main line,explores the path of"school-enterprise alternating communication"to reconstruct talent training mode."Alternation"refers to the alternation of 1+1+1 learning segments between school and enterprise;"Interworking"refers to the interworking of teaching materials in"post,standard,certification,competition and class",the interworking of teaching methods in"teaching,learning,practice,checking and creation",interworking of teachers in"three teachers,three stairs and two chains".This model can solve the problems of indistinguishable responsibility in the process of school-enterprise co-education,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.
