摘要
为缓解交通拥挤和城市无序蔓延等大城市病,TOD模式应运而生并得到广泛运用。然而,当前很多城市只重视TOD的高强度开发,缺乏对公共交通站点区域景观空间的建设,忽略行人的体验感,无法提供高质量的公共绿色服务。梳理日本、美国、瑞典和卡塔尔等国家在TOD公共交通站点区域的景观空间建设经验,并阐述成都在建设TOD站点区域的景观一体化策略,以期为其他城市建设轨道交通站点时实现景观一体化提供经验借鉴。
To ease the diseases of big city,such as traffic congestion and disorderly spread of the cities,etc.,TOD mode is born at a historic moment and widely used.However,many cities emphasize only the high-strength exploitation of TOD currently,and lack the construction of landscape space of public transportation station area,which will ignore the pedestrian experience,and fail to provide high quality public green services.This paper sorts out the construction experience of Japan,the United States,Sweden and Qatar in TOD public transport station area,and elaborates on the landscape integration strategy of Chengdu in TOD public transport station area,with a view to provide a experience reference for other cities to realize landscape integration in the construction of rail transport station.
