开展综合护理干预对肛瘘患者术后肛门疼痛及尿潴留的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Conducting Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Anal Pain and Urinary Retention in Patients with Anal Fistula

目的:探讨开展综合护理干预对肛瘘患者术后肛门疼痛及尿潴留的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月南阳市第一人民医院收治的88例进行肛瘘手术的患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组患者疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、首次排尿时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:护理14 d后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.416,P<0.05)。观察组术后首次排尿时间为(1.58±0.45)h,明显短于对照组的(1.89±0.48)h,差异有统计学意义(t=2.366,P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.82%,明显低于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.426,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.45%,明显高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.092,P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可减少肛瘘患者术后患处的疼痛,加快患者术后的排尿时间,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of conducting a comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative anal pain and urinary retention in patients with anal fistula.Methods:88 patients admitted to the hospital for anal fistula surgery from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used basic care and the observation group used comprehensive care.The degree of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]score),time to first voiding,complications,and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 d of care,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.416,P<0.05).The time to first postoperative urination in the observation group was(1.58±0.45)h,which was significantly shorter than(1.89±0.48)h in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.366,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.82%,which was significantly lower than 22.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.426,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.092,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing interventions can reduce postoperative pain in the affected area,speed up patients’postoperative voiding time,reduce complication rates,and improve nursing satisfaction.
