摘要
浆态床技术在劣质原料适应性、工艺灵活性方面独具优势,有机钼均相催化剂为近年来浆态床技术的发展提供了有力支撑。围绕有机钼的研究与应用进行论述,讨论了有机配体、助催化金属、添加剂对有机钼分散性与加氢活性的影响,剖析了有机钼前驱体的转化与加氢机理,总结了有机钼催化剂的优选工艺条件,阐述了温度、空速、氢分压、催化剂浓度对转化率、杂质脱除率及馏分油收率的影响,并重点介绍了以EST工艺为代表的浆态床工业化技术对劣质原料的加工方案,对有机钼均相催化剂的开发与应用提出了展望与建议。
Slurry phase technology(SHP)has unique advantages due to the adaptability of inferior materials and flexibility in hydrocracking process,hydrocarbon-soluble molybdenum provides strong support for the development of slurry phase technology in recent years.In this paper,the research and application of hydrocarbon-soluble molybdenum were discussed,the effects of organic ligands,co-catalytic metals and additives on the dispersion and hydrogenation activity of the catalyst were investigated,the conversion and hydrogenation mechanism of catalyst precursor were analyzed.Then the optimum hydrocracking process conditions with the catalyst were summarized,including the influence of temperature,space velocity,hydrogen partial pressure,catalyst concentration on the conversion rate,impurity removal rate and the yield of distillate,and the processing scheme of inferior raw materials with the industrial slurry phase technology represented by EST process was also introduced.At last,suggestions for the development and application of hydrocarbon-soluble molybdenum catalysts were put forward for further reference.
