摘要
泄水建筑物的布置和设计的合理性,影响到水库工程的投资和运行安全。结合地形地质条件、枢纽建筑物布置、人工开挖边坡、开挖工程量及施工干扰等因素,设计优选了花坝水库泄水建筑物的布置及消能方式,并对其结构进行了优化。计算分析结果表明,溢洪道的泄流能力及结构抗滑稳定安全系数满足规范要求。目前工程正在施工,现场揭露的地质情况与设计基本相符,泄水建筑物设计安全可靠。
The rationality of the layout and design of the sluice structure affects the investment and operation safety of the reservoir project.Combined with the factors such as topographic and geological conditions layout of hub buildings artificial excavation slope excavation quantity and construction interference the layout and energy dissipation mode of the sluice structure of Huaba Reservoir are designed and optimized and its structure is optimized.The calculation and analysis results show that the discharge capacity of the spillway and the safety factor of structural anti-sliding stability meet the requirements of the code.At present the project is under construction.The geological conditions revealed on the site are basically consistent with the design and the design of the sluice structure is safe and reliable.
