机制砂、碎石是我们工程建设中混凝土生产必不可少的原材料之一。并且在我国工程建设高速发展的今天,随着环保要求的越来越严格,以及河砂资源的逐渐枯竭。机制砂在混凝土中的应用越来越广泛。碎石以及机制砂生产所用的母材主要来源于矿山开采。在工程隧道施工过程中会有大量洞渣,目前一般是作为工程垃圾进行处理。不仅造成环境污染,同时造成大量的资源浪费。对于多数洞渣,可以满足碎石及机制砂的母材要求,因此将满足要求的洞渣再生利用生产碎石以及机制砂用于混凝土生产,不仅减少环境污染,节约大量资源,同时能够大大降低生产成本。

Machine made sand and crushed stone are one of the essential raw materials for concrete production in our engineering construction.And with the rapid development of engineering construction in China today,with increasingly strict environmental requirements and the gradual depletion of river sand resources,the application of machine made sand in concrete is becoming increasingly widespread.The base materials used for the production of crushed stone and machine made sand mainly come from mining.During the construction of engineering tunnels,there will be a large amount of tunnel debris,which is currently generally treated as engineering waste.Not only does it cause environmental pollution,but it also causes a significant waste of resources.For most tunnel slag,it can meet the requirements of the base material for crushed stone and machine made sand.Therefore,using the recycled tunnel slag that meets the requirements to produce crushed stone and machine made sand for concrete production not only reduces environmental pollution,saves a lot of resources,but also greatly reduces production costs.
