为了安全高效地除去长距离输送带上积水,以保障生产作业正常运行,设计制作了一种码头皮带机弧型除水器。该弧型除水器利用托辊架弧度将输送带托起,无需在皮带上方安装压带装置或刮水装置,可降低安全风险;随着皮带机运行,积水从两侧落下,实现安全高效除水。

In order to safely and efficiently remove the accumulated water on the long-distance conveyor belt and ensure the normal operation of production operations,an arc type drift eliminator for the wharf belt conveyor is designed and manufactured.The arc type water remover uses the radian of the carrier roller frame to lift the conveyor belt,without installing a belt pressing device or a water scraping device above the belt,which can reduce safety risks.As the belt conveyor runs,accumulated water falls from both sides to achieve safe and efficient water removal.
