中医综合护理在老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly stroke patients with diabetes

目的探究中医综合护理在老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法以徐州市中医院于2020年1月至2022年1月收治的110例老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分别纳入观察组(55例)和对照组(55例)。2组患者均接受综合治疗及常规护理,观察组患者加用中医综合护理。比较2组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果干预1个月及2个月后,2组的FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、SBP、DBP和NIHSS评分均较干预前降低,ADL评分均较干预前提高(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更优(P均<0.05)。结论中医综合护理有助于改善老年脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂和血压水平,以及提高其日常生活能力和神经功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly stroke patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 110 elderly stroke patients with diabetes admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were assigned to the observation group(55 cases)and the control group(55 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received comprehensive treatment and routine nursing,while the observation group additionally received comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 2 months of intervention,the FPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,SBP,DBP,and NIHSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the ADL scores were higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group on the corresponding period(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can help improve the blood glucose,lipid,and blood pressure levels,and improve the activities of daily living and neurological function of elderly stroke patients with diabetes.
