针灸联合全身振动训练对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能、认知功能和生活质量的影响

Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Whole Body Vibration Training on Lower Limb Motor Function,Cognitive Function and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Hemiplegia after Cerebral Infarction

目的:探究针灸联合全身振动训练对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能、认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月莆田学院附属医院收治的61例老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者,接受全身振动训练的作为常规组(n=24),接受针灸联合全身振动训练的作为针灸组(n=37)。比较两组治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、下肢运动功能评分、认知功能评分、生活质量评分、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)。结果:治疗后,两组的NIHSS均低于治疗前,且针灸组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的下肢运动功能评分、认知功能评分、生活质量评分、VEGF、BDNF均高于治疗前,且针灸组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:针灸联合全身振动训练对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者有良好的疗效,能明显改善患者的神经功能及下肢运动功能、认知功能,对改善患者生活质量有重要作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with whole body vibration training on lower limb motor function,cognitive function and quality of life of elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Method:Sixty-one elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected.The patients who received whole body vibration training were included in the routine group(n=24),and those who received acupuncture combined with whole body vibration training were included in the acupuncture group(n=37).The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,lower limb motor function scores,cognitive function scores,quality of life scores,serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lower limb motor function score,cognitive function score,quality of life score,VEGF,BDNF of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the acupuncture group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with whole body vibration training has a good effect on the elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the neurological function,lower limb motor function,cognitive function,and play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients.
