This paper introduces the key points of the lab alignment of stiffness and footprint of automobile tires and result also be analyzed.Firstly,the basic situation of the labs,the homogeneity and stability test of samples and the data processing methods,as well as the statistical analysis and evaluation principles of the results of lab alignment are introduced in detail.Secondly,the results of each test item in all labs were statistically analyzed,and the results were evaluated according to the evaluation principles.Based on the statistical data of the test results,alignment results of tire stiffness test and footprint test in different labs are analyzed and compared,revealing the obvious difference of tire stiffness test level among different labs,and inferring that consistency of footprint test equipment are better than stiffness test equipment,which also refl ects the importance of establishing industry reference laboratory or perfect alignment mechanism.
