摘要
WORD字处理软件是高职院校必修课《信息技术》课程的重要组成部分,也是全国计算机等级考试之《WPS Office高级应用与设计》的所占分值较多考点。针对当代高职院校学生厌烦过多理论教学、渴望动手实践的学情特点,在参考各种教学资源与历年全国计算机等级二级考试真题的基础上,设计出基于项目的高职院校字处理软件的教学案例。教学实践表明,字处理软件的项目化教学案例设计能激发广大学生的学习兴趣、增强学生解决实际问题的能力、提升实践课堂的教学效率。并以此希望给从事于高职公共基础课《信息技术》的同行们一些参考建议。
Word processing software is an important part of the compulsory course〈Information Technology〉in higher vocational colleges,and it is also the test point of the national computer grade exam〈Advanced Application and Design of WPS Office〉,which has many scores.In view of the characteristics of students in contemporary higher vocational colleges who are tired of too much theoretical teaching and eager to practice,a teaching case of project-based word processing software for higher vocational colleges is designed on the basis of reference to various teaching resources and the real questions of the national computer grade examination over the years.The teaching practice shows that the project-based teaching case design of word processing software can improve students'learning interest,enhance students'ability to solve practical problems,and improve the teaching efficiency of the practical classroom.And hope to give some reference suggestions to colleagues engaged in the public basic course〈Information Technology〉in higher vocational colleges.
