摘要 工业4.0时代,智能传感器是智能制造系统不可或缺的关键技术之一。它能够通过对生产过程的实时监测和数据采集,实现对生产设备和生产过程的智能控制。智能传感器的应用不仅提高了生产效率和质量,还可以降低生产成本,提高生产安全性和环境保护水平,它不仅为生产者带来了诸多的实际益处,还能够推动智能制造的发展,提升我国的制造业竞争力。阐述了智能传感器对智能制造的应用和意义,并解释了为何智能传感器在我国智能制造中的应用必将成为未来工业发展的重要方向。 In the era of Industry 4.0,smart sensors are one of the indispensable key technologies for smart manufacturing systems.It can realize intelligent control of production equipment and production process through real-time monitoring and data collection of the production process.The application of smart sensors not only improves production efficiency and quality,but also reduces production costs and improves product safety and environmental protection.It not only brings many practical benefits to producers,but also promotes the development of intelligent manufacturing and enhances the country’s manufacturing competitiveness.The application and significance of smart sensors for smart manufacturing is elaborated and the reasons why the application of smart sensors in smart manufacturing in the country will surely become an important direction of future industrial development are explained.
