当代大学生创业多维风险衍生及其治理路径——基于四川省大学生创业考察

Study on Multidimensional Risk Derivation of College Students Entrepreneurship and Governance Path:Based on Investigation of College Students Entrepreneurship in Sichuan Province

受新冠肺炎疫情及逆全球化影响,“稳就业”的压力加剧,灵活就业、共享经济和自主创业的兴起,让当代大学生有了更多选择。利用四川省多所高校在校及毕业创业学生的调研数据,通过对大学生创业多维风险衍生现实考察与实证分析表明,管理衍生风险是大学生创业面临的首要风险,其次是资源衍生风险、政策衍生风险、经验衍生风险以及意识衍生风险。鉴于此,从政府层面、社会层面及个体层面提出治理大学生创业面临风险的建议。

It is sure that due to impact of the COVID-19 and the anti-globalization,there is a huge pressure to stabilize the economy development.The rise of flexible employment,sharing economy,and independent entrepreneurship has given contemporary college students more choices.Based on the survey data in Sichuan province,it is clear that it is necessary to conduct practical investigation and empirical analysis of students multidimensional risk derivation.Then,the paper tries to illustrate that management derivative risk is the primary risk faced by students entrepreneurship,followed by resource derivative risk,policy derivative risk,experience derivative risk and consciousness derivative risk.Therefore,it is helpful to recommend some policy suggestions from the government level,social level and individual level.The aim is to manage the risks faced by students entrepreneurship.
