Protease/Antiprotease Imbalance Mechanism in COPD and TCM Intervention

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以持续存在的呼吸道症状和气流受限为特征的呼吸系统疾病。蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶失衡是COPD的重要发病机制之一,参与肺实质破坏、组织重塑、黏液高分泌和肺功能下降等关键病理环节,是重要的治疗干预靶点。近年来,有效调控COPD蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶平衡的文献研究颇多,本文围绕蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶失衡在COPD中的机制以及相关中医药调控COPD展开阐述,对于拓展COPD治疗具有重要的科学意义。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow limitation.The imbalance of protease/antiprotease is one of the important pathogenesis of COPD,which participates in the key pathological links,including pulmonary parenchyma destruction,tissue remodeling,mucus hypersecretion and decreased lung function,and is a significant target of therapeutic intervention.In recent years,there are many literature on the regulation of protease/antiprotease balance in COPD.This study focused on the mechanism of protease/antiprotease imbalance in COPD and the intervention of Chinese medicine,which has an important scientific significance for expanding the treatment of COPD.
