上海方舱医院救援一线病患志愿者感染防控需求及实践体验回顾分析研究

Retrospective analysis and research on infection prevention and control needs and practical experience of first-line patient volunteers in Shanghai Fangcang Hospital

目的 回顾分析上海方舱医院临床一线病患志愿者的感染防控知识技能需求,掌握病患志愿者的实践体验,为科学、安全、高效应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情,做好科学感控管理提供支持。方法 采取提纲汇总方式,围绕方舱医院感控管理重点,回顾分析93名病患志愿者感控需求及实践体验。结果 93名志愿者均认为需要学习感控知识技能,且均认为非常重要和重要;18.28%的志愿者每日洗手10次以上,45.16%的志愿者每日洗手4~6次以上,3次及以下仅占4.3%;服务体验方面,普遍表现积极向上,100%认为承担志愿者工作具有获得感,且能实现自我价值。结论 上海方舱医院救援一线病患志愿者认为:学习感控知识与技能均为必要,且更愿学习并应用到服务实践中;加强援沪一线方舱医院病患志愿者服务管理、教育培训与必要的健康指导,对顺利完成医疗照顾、提升医护服务水准及圆满完成整体救援任务具有重要意义。

Objective To review and analyze the needs for knowledge and skills of infection prevention and control among clinical first-line patient volunteers in Shanghai Fangcang Hospital,and master the practical experience of patient volunteers,so as to provide support for scientific,safe and efficient response to the new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)epidemic and scientific management of infection prevention and control.Methods The needs of 93 patients and their practical experience were reviewed and analyzed by summarizing the outline and focusing on the key points of the hospital's sense control management.Results All 93 volunteers thought that they needed to learn the knowledge and skills of sense and control,and all thought it was very important;18.28%of the volunteers washed their hands more than 10 times a day,45.16%washed their hands more than 4~6 times a day,and only 4.3%washed their hands 3 times or less.In terms of service experience,they are generally positive.100%of them believe that they have a sense of gain and can realize their self-worth when undertaking volunteer work.Conclusion The first-line patient rescue volunteers in Shanghai Fangcang Hospital believe that it is necessary to learn the knowledge and skills of perception and control,and they are more willing to learn and apply them to service practice.It is of great significance to strengthen the management,education,training and necessary health guidance of patient volunteers in the first-line Fangcang hospital for Shanghai assistance,so as to successfully complete medical care,improve the level of medical care services and successfully complete the overall rescue task.
