全球粮食安全正面临一系列严峻挑战,如何端稳端牢中国人饭碗,保障未来粮食安全,是在粮食增产稳产基础仍不牢固情况下亟待解决的重大战略问题。中国耕地资源约束大,粮食增产稳产面临增长极限,采取“长牙齿”的硬措施,落实最严格耕地保护制度是确保国家粮食安全的重要途径。基于当前国际形势不稳定、国内粮食供求紧平衡,尤其是如何更好地满足人民群众膳食消费对美好生活需要的考量,亟需全域国土拓展粮食来源渠道,全方位夯实粮食安全根基。文章围绕粮食增产稳产“既有道路分析—食物内涵外延解读—森林‘粮库’功能拓展—可能证据辨析”的研究路径,对新时期粮食增产稳产道路、目标方向等关键内容进行阐述,试图构建大食物观下粮食增产稳产“第四条道路”——森林“粮库”。基于森林食物生产资源种类的分析,林下经济面积及产值的佐证,森林“粮库”具备粮食增产稳产发展空间。应以食育教育为切入口,综合运用政策、市场、技术、组织等要素耦合新力量,集成森林“粮库”高质量发展模式,保障国家粮食安全。

Global food security is facing a series of serious challenges.How to stabilize the Chinese people's jobs from the beginning to the end and ensure future food security is a major strategic issue that urgently needs to be answered when the foundation for increasing and stabilizing food production is still not solid."China has a large population,a small amount of land,and a large constraint on cultivated land resources.The increase in grain production and stability are facing growth limits.Taking hard measures to implement the strictest cultivated land protection system is an important way to ensure national food security".Based on the current unstable international situation and the tight balance between domestic food supply and demand,especially the consideration of how to better meet the people's dietary consumption needs for a better life,there is an urgent need to expand food source channels throughout the territory and comprehensively consolidate the foundation of food security.Focusing on the research path of"existing path analysis-food connotation and extension interpretation-functional expansion of forest'grain depot'-possible evidence analysis"for increasing and stabilizing grain production in the new era,the article expounds the key contents such as the path and target direction of increasing and stabilizing grain production in the new era,and attempts to construct the"fourth path"-forest'grain depot'under the macro food perspective.Based on the analysis of the types of forest food production resources,as well as the supporting evidence of the economic area and output value under the forest,it is shown that the significance of the forest"grain depot"has the development space for increasing and stabilizing grain production.The"fourth path"of increasing and stabilizing grain production should take"food education"as the starting point,comprehensively utilize factors such as policy,market,technology,and organization to couple new forces,integrate high-quality development models of forest"grain depots",and ensure national food security.Only by taking a path with Chinese characteristics can it be more sustainable.
