基于智能教学平台的翻译课形成性评价模式建构:优势与挑战

The Construction of an Online Formative Assessment Model for E-learning Translation Courses:Benefits and Challenges

摘要 在信息技术与教学深度融合的时代背景下,线上评价成为大势所趋。翻译类课程实践性强,形成性评价有助于教师有效监控学生的翻译能力发展情况,实现以评促学。文章基于“笔译理论与实践”课,依托翻译教学平台构建线上形成性评价模式:评价构念先行,评价证据收集数字化,基于有效解读的证据使用重点关注,包括平台即时反馈、学生互评与自评、教师个性化标注、批量反馈等,文字、分数、视频等反馈信息云端存储。通过问卷、访谈、反思日志的方式收集数据,检验评价效果。实践证明,该模式具有促学成效,平台极大地提升了师生的教、学体验;同时该模式也面临挑战,文章提出了改进建议。研究结果对开展线上翻译形成性评价具有一定的启示意义。 The deep integration of IT and teaching makes online translation assessment inevitable.Formative assessment helps teachers monitor the development of students'translation competence,thus promoting learning.Against this background,this study explores how to construct a valid online formative assessment model for the Translation Theory and Practice course.The model has the following features:It begins with defining the construct of assessment,followed by the collection of evidence via a translation e-learning platform,with a focus on the formative use of evidence.Specifically,feedbacks from a platform application,peers,and the instructor are provided via the platform in the form of comments,scores,and videos.Results from a questionnaire,an interview,and reflective journals show that the model is well received among students as the model gives full play to the role of IT in collecting evidence and providing feedbacks to promote students'learning.Despite the advantages,it has limitations,and solutions for overcoming these limitations are proposed.The findings have implications for carrying out online translation formative assessment.
