线上线下混合式教学在我国医学教学改革的研究热点和趋势分析

Analyzing the Research Hotspots and Trends of Online and Offline Blended Learning in Medical Teaching Reform in China

目的:探析线上线下混合式教学在我国医学教学改革中的研究热点,为开展混合式教学改革提供研究方向与对策建议。方法:运用CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库中近十年该领域文献进行可视化分析。结果:文献显示该领域研究出现频率最高的关键词为“教学改革”,最高中心性的关键词为“教学”;突变词研究中,“护理”一词突变权重最大,“疫情”和“实践教学”从2020年突变至今;关键词聚类结果分为14类,“#实验教学”、“#教学设计”等研究跨度较长且研究至今。结论:充分发挥多学科交叉融合优势,着重培养学生自主学习能力;利用新媒体促进医学继续教育形式多元化;提升课程思政混合教学的育人实效,探索“线上线下混合式新师承”中医教学新模式。

Objective To explore the further research hotspots of online and offline blended learning in medical teaching reform in China,and provide research direction and countermeasures for blended teaching reform.Methods CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the documentation in this field in CNKI database in the past ten years.Results The most frequent keyword in this domain was"teaching reform,"and the most central keyword was"teaching".In the study of mutations in the word,"nursing"had the highest mutation weight.Meanwhile,"pandemic"and"practical teaching"kept mutating since 2020.The results of keyword clustering were divided into 14 categories.The research of"#experimental teaching""#teaching design"and other research lasts a long period and is still being studied.Conclusion It is suggested to give full play to the advantages of interdisciplinary integration,focus on cultivating students’autonomous learning ability,use new media to promote diversified forms of continuing medical education,improve the effectiveness of education of mixed teaching of curriculum ideological and political education,and explore the new model of"online and offline blended new mentorship"of teaching Chinese medicine.
