基于胸部PMCT三维重建骨骼测量推断性别的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过PMCT(Post-mortem Computed Tomography,可称为死后CT或尸体CT)研究我国华北地区人群的胸部骨骼特征,建立胸骨、锁骨、肩胛骨的性别判定公式,并对其判定效果进行评价;同时评价肋软骨的不同钙化方式对男女性别判定的意义。方法筛选满足一定条件的尸体影像共200例,测量胸骨柄长度、胸骨体长度、左右肩胛骨最大高度等19个指标,利用统计学方法筛选出其中有性别差异的指标,建立性别判别方程并评价其判别效果;统计200例病例中肋软骨钙化的方式在男女性别中的数量。结果各骨骼测量指标之间均有显著性别差异(P<0.05),其中单一骨骼所建立的判别方程的判别率均在80%以上;肋软骨边缘型钙化和肋软骨中央型钙化在性别上有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胸部骨骼可能有助于推断我国华北地区汉族人群性别。 Objective Based on PMCT,the characteristics of chest bones of Chinese people were studied,and the gender determination formulas of sternum,clavicle and scapula were established;the evaluation of their evaluation effect was conducted.At the same time,the significance of different calcification modes of ribs for the determination of male and female sex was evaluated.Methods A total of 200 cadaver images that met certain conditions were screened,and 19 indicators such as manubrium length,sternal body length,and Left and right maximum scapular height were measured.The indicators with gender difference were screened out by statistical methods,and the gender discrimination equation was established to evaluate the discrimination effect;Count the number of ways in which rib calcification occurs in 200 cases in both sexes Results There were significant gender differences among all bone measurement indicators(P<0.05),and the discriminant rate of the discriminant equation established by a single bone was more than 80%.There was a significant difference in gender between marginal and central rib calcification(P<0.05).Conclusion The bones of the chest may be helpful to infer the gender of the Han population in North China.
