聚乙烯醇交联聚合物的激光蚀键特性研究

摘要 纺织业印花网循环使用化工清洗聚合物涂层导致污染,激光清洗作为一种绿色环保方法被提出。对激光与工业印花网聚乙烯醇交联聚合物涂层的作用机理展开研究,构建了聚乙烯醇基交联聚合物激光蚀键模型;通过研究靶材材料光学能量吸收特性,获得其重要官能团的交聚和分解规律;探讨了激光对聚合物共价键作用及光电离原理,结合残余基团表征,发现整体蚀键率随碳氢键吸光度下降而上升。试验结果表明:根据激光脉冲频率与激光能量对聚合物涂层作用残余物成分的表征,镍网靶材残余物主要为碳基物,接近烧蚀阈值时靶材涂层清洗达到全部电离与蚀分效果。 Laser cleaning is proposed as a green method for textile printing industry where the recycling of chemical cleaning polymer coating on printing screen in textile industry leads to pollution.The interaction mechanism between laser and polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked polymer coating of industrial printing screen is studied,and the laser ablation of covalent bonds model of polyvinyl alcohol based cross-linked polymer is constructed.By studying the optical energy absorption characteristics of the target material,the intersection and decomposition laws of its important functional groups are obtained.The covalent bond action of laser on polymer and the principle of photoionization are discussed,and combined with the characterization of residual groups;it is found that the amount of bond ablation increases with the decrease of hydrocarbon bond absorbance.The experimental results show that according to the characterization of the residual composition of polymer coating by laser pulse frequency and laser energy,the residual of nickel mesh target is mainly carbon based material,close to the ablation threshold target coating cleaning to achieve all ionization and etching effect.
