摘要
通过调研国内42所双一流高校图书馆招聘信息,运用内容分析法从招聘需求、知识背景、专业技能和综合素质等4个维度分析并揭示高校图书馆招聘数据馆员的数据素养能力和需求特征,以此深度挖掘高校图书馆招聘环节及所招馆员数据素养能力方面存在的问题,最后提出了适合馆员数据素养能力提升的策略。
Through the investigation on the recruitment information of libraries in 42 domestic double first-class Universities,the content analysis method was used to analyze and reveal the data literacy ability and demand characteristics of data librarians recruited by the libraries of colleges and universities from the four dimensions of recruitment needs,knowledge background,professional skills and comprehensive quality.In this way,the problems existing in the recruitment links of the libraries of universities and the data literacy ability of the recruited librarians could be deeply explored.Finally,the strategies for the improvement of librarians data literacy ability were proposed.
