加味六君子汤治疗脾虚湿盛型糖尿病患者的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction on Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Syndrome

目的综合分析对脾虚湿盛型糖尿病患者实施加味六君子汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2019年10月—2021年10月北京市西城区广外医院收治的68例脾虚湿盛型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组采用常规西药治疗+加味六君子汤治疗方法,对照组采用常规西药治疗方法。统计分析两组脾虚湿盛型糖尿病患者的临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)水平、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、炎症因子表达水平以及中医证候积分。结果对比两组治疗前FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、炎症因子表达水平以及中医证候积分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、炎症因子表达水平以及中医证候积分明显比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脾虚湿盛型糖尿病患者实施加味六君子汤治疗的临床效果显著,具有较高安全性,与此同时能够积极改善血糖水平和炎症因子表达水平,降低中医证候积分。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effects of treatment with Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction in diabetic patients with spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,68 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type diabetes mellitus admitted to Guangwai Hospital of Xicheng District,Beijing were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine+Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)level,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)level,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level,inflammatory factor expression level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of diabetic patients with spleen deficiency and dampness were statistically analyzed.Results The expression levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statisticaly significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic patients with spleen deficiency and dampness is significant with the implementation of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction.It has a high safety profile,and at the same time can positively improve blood glucose levels and inflammatory factor expression levels and reduce the TCM evidence score.
