摘要
研究目的:从近年运动干预脊柱稳定性的研究文献中总结现阶段有助于改善脊柱稳定性热门运动的作用,以及运动干预脊柱稳定性的理论与证据,为新冠疫情期间的隔离人员提供运动指导。研究方法:通过检索近年来关于运动干预脊柱稳定性的相关文献,进行整理、归纳和分析。研究结果:运动干预脊柱稳定性的方法颇多,包括太极拳、易筋经、退步走、健步走、核心稳定性训练与普拉提等,绝大多数运动者通过科学的运动可以增强脊柱稳定性,其中易筋经通过改善海马区神经细胞的血液循环对运动者的睡眠质量、焦虑及抑郁状态也有所改善。研究结论:科学运动具有无创、无后遗症、简便、老少咸宜等优点,可以有效提高脊柱稳定性。
Objective:To summarize the role of popular exercises to improve spinal stability at this stage,as well as the theory and evidence of exercise interventions on spinal stability,from the literature on exercise intervention in spinal stability in recent years.Methods:The clinical related literature on exercise intervention on spinal stability in recent years was searched,and sorted,summarized and analyzed.Results:There are many methods of exercise intervention on spinal stability,including Taijiquan,Yi Jin Jing,walking backwards,walking vigorously,core stability training,Pilates,etc.The clinical symptoms can be fully relieved,and it has the advantages of non-invasive,no sequelae,simple and suitable for all ages.Conclusion:Spinal stability can be effectively improved through exercise training.
