国内方言文化开发应用研究及实践综述

Research and Practice on the Development and Application of Dialect Culture in China

2015年,教育部、国家语委启动了“中国语言资源保护工程”,一期目标任务是对全国34个省、自治区、直辖市(包括港澳台)的120多个语种的1 500个语言(方言)点进行全面系统的调查、记录和保存,截至2019年底共完成1 712个点。2021年,语保工程二期启动,其目标任务是对一期调查收集的语言资源进行科学系统的整理加工和全面深度的开发应用。继往开来,有必要对以往方言文化开发应用作全面回顾。系统梳理和总结国内少数民族语言和汉语方言文化开发应用研究及实践现状,以期作为参考,助力语言资源的持续性保护开发,推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化,创新性发展。

In 2015,the Ministry of Education and the State Language Commission launched the China Language Resources Protection Project(CLRPP).The first phase of the target task is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic investigation,recording and preservation of 1500 language(dialect)points in more than 120 languages in 34 provinces(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan).By the end of 2019,1712 points had been completed.In 2021,the second phase of CLRPP was launched,and its goal is to organize and process the language resources collected in the first phase of the survey scientifically and systematically,and develop and apply them comprehensively and deeply.This paper systematically combs and summarizes the current situation of the development and application of minority languages and Chinese dialect culture in China,with a view to serving as a reference for the sustainable protection and development of language resources,and promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
