摘要
以N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺(NHPI)为催化剂,环己基苯过氧化氢(CHBHP)为添加剂,研究了环己基苯(CHB)在无溶剂条件下选择性氧化制备CHBHP的工艺。考察了NHPI和CHBHP用量、反应温度、氧气流速及反应时间对CHB氧化反应制备CHBHP的影响,并优化了工艺条件。结果表明:在反应体系中加入CHBHP可以提高NHPI的溶解度,提升CHB氧化效率;在CHB用量为100 mL、温度为100℃、氧气流速为80 mL/min、5%CHBHP、0.5%NHPI的条件下反应3 h,CHB转化率可达21%,CHBHP选择性为99%。
The selective oxidation of cyclohexylbenzene(CHB)to cyclohexylbenzene-1-hydrogen peroxide(CHBHP)in the absence of solvent was studied using N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI)as catalyst and CHBHP as additive.The effects of NHPI and CHBHP dosage,reaction temperature,oxygen flow rate and reaction time on CHB oxidation were investigated,and the reaction conditions were optimized.The results indicated that CHBHP can improve the solubility of NHPI in the reaction system and the catalytic efficiency of CHB oxidation.Under the conditions of CHB dosage of 100 mL,5%CHBHP,0.5%NHPI,temperature of 100℃,oxygen flow rate of 80 mL/min,reaction time of 3 h,the conversion rate of CHB could reach 21%,and the selectivity of CHBHP is 99%.
