摘要
文章对采用BIM技术指导工业管道安装与预制设计的一次尝试进行了总结,首先精准建立管道三维模型,深化设计安装图纸,通过三维模型准确确定管道走向、标高及各种尺寸和支吊架位置;然后依据三维模型生成管道预制图纸,实现管道预制和管道支吊架安装工序同时进行,摒弃传统施工中边量测、边下料、边安装的复杂方式,由此提高管道安装效率及预制加工质量。
This paper summarizes an attempt to use BIM technology to guide the installation and prefabrication design of industrial pipelines.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the pipeline is accurately established,and the design of the installation drawings are deepened.Through the three-dimensional model,the pipeline direction,elevation,various sizes,and support and hanger positions are accurately determined.Then,according to the threedimensional model,the pipeline prefabrication drawings are generated,and the pipeline prefabrication and pipeline support and hanger installation processes are carried out at the same time.The complex method of measuring,cutting and installing at the same time in traditional construction is abandoned,so as to improve the efficiency of pipeline installation and the quality of prefabrication processing.
