中药足浴联合地屈孕酮对胎动不安患者焦虑情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Didroxyprogesterone on Anxiety and Sleep Quality in Patients with Fetal Restlessness

目的:观察胎动不安患者联合应用地屈孕酮、中药足浴治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月福建省南平市松溪县妇幼保健院收治的胎动不安患者134例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组予以地屈孕酮治疗,观察组予以地屈孕酮+中药足浴治疗。结果:观察组临床疗效高达97.01%,较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道出血、胎动下坠、腰酸腹痛等症状评分较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组血清雌二醇、孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)表达水平较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组抑郁/焦虑情绪评估得分、睡眠质量评估得分较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组与对照组恶心、过敏、头痛等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胎动不安患者应用地屈孕酮治疗同时进行中药足浴,可显著缓解症状,调节血清激素,减轻焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量,临床效果确切,不良反应少,具有一定的推广价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination of didroxyprogesterone and Chinese medicine foot bath on patients with fetal restlessness.Methods:A total of 134 patients with fetal restlessness admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Songxi County,Nanping City,Fujian Province from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with didroxyprogesterone,while the observation group was treated with didroxyprogesterone+Chinese medicine foot bath.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was as high as 97.01%,which was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of symptoms such as vaginal bleeding,fetal movement and sagging,and low back pain and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).The expression levels of serum estradiol,progesterone,and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).The scores of depression/anxiety assessment and sleep quality assessment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions such as nausea,allergy,and headache between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of didroxyprogesterone and Chinese medicine foot bath can significantly relieve symptoms,regulate serum hormones,reduce anxiety,improve sleep quality,with definite clinical effect and few adverse reactions,which has certain promotion value.
