Transformation of Hospital Cost Management Under DIP Payment Mode

伴随着我国医疗改革进程的持续深入,群众看病难、看病贵的问题得到了有效的解决,对提升医疗服务水平能够起到积极的作用,再加上社会保障体系的不断完善,我国医保覆盖的范围越来越大,医院的支付方式发生了一定的变化。其中DIP支付方式是目前医院发展中的重要支付方式,其能够显著提升医院成本管理实效,对提升医院发展水平、促进医院可持续发展起到非常积极的作用。本文针对这一支付方式进行分析论述,希望为医院发展提供助益。

With continuous deepening of medical reform process in China,problems of medical care being difficult and expensive have been fully resolved,which plays positive role in improving medical services level.In addition to continuous improvement of social security system,coverage of medical insurance in China has been larger,payment methods of hospitals have undergone certain changes.DIP is an important payment method in current development of hospitals,which can improve effectiveness of hospital cost management significantly,play positive role in improving hospital development level and sustainable development of hospitals.On the basis,the article analyzes and discusses the payment method,to provide assistance for development of hospitals.
