疼痛护理对肛瘘手术患者术后创面疼痛、护理满意度的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Pain Nursing on Postoperative Wound Pain and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Anal Fistula Surgery Patients

目的 探究疼痛护理对肛瘘手术患者术后创面疼痛、护理满意度的影响。方法 2018年9月-2020年10月入院82例就诊肛瘘实施手术治疗患者,根据其收治入院时间划分组别,2018年9月-2019年9月入院就诊者41例,设立为参照组,2019年10月-2020年10月入院就诊者41例,设立研究组,分别实施常规护理、常规护理+疼痛护理,观察和比较两组患者护理前后面部表情疼痛量表(FPS-R)评分,并对比两组护理满意率。结果 两组护理前的疼痛评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组经不同方式护理后1d、护理后3d的疼痛评分均较护理前改善,研究组相比参照组,评分较低(P<0.05)。护理满意率,研究组比对参照组满意度略高(P<0.05),研究组术后恢复各项相比常规组均用时较短(P<0.05)。肛瘘手术患者,研究组实施疼痛护理后患者并发症发病率于两组间略低(P<0.05)。情绪、生活质量等,研究组于疼痛护理方式实施后有更为显著改善(P<0.05)。结论 对肛瘘手术患者实施疼痛护理后,可有效减轻其术后疼痛症状,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To explore effect of pain nursing on postoperative wound pain and nursing satisfaction degree of anal fistula surgery patients.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with anal fistula for surgical treatment from September 2018 to October 2020,and divided them into groups according to admission time,41 cases from September 2018 to September 2019 in reference group,and 41 cases from October 2019 to October 2020 in study group,treated with routine nursing,and routine nursing+pain nursing.Facial expression pain scale(FPS-R)scores before and after nursing were observed and compared,nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results There was no difference in pain scores between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Pain scores of two groups on the first day and the third day after nursing were higher than before nursing,while scores of study group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of nursing in study group was slightly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing can effectively alleviate postoperative pain symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction degree of anal fistula surgery patients.
