Follow-up Survey of Pneumoconiosis in Fangzi District,Weifang City from 1980 to 2020

目的 了解潍坊市坊子区职业性尘肺病现状,分析尘肺病发病特点,为尘肺病防治工作提供依据。方法 以辖区内1980-2020年间的所有尘肺病人为调查对象,开展随访与回顾性调查,对尘肺病患者的地区、性别、尘肺病种、保障情况等进行描述性分析。结果 662例患者,主要分布于坊城街道(659例,占99.5%);男性占大多数(640例,占96.7%);尘肺病种类以矽肺(294例,占44.4%)和煤工尘肺(335例,占50.6%)居多;现存276例患者,以职工城乡医保为主(190例,保障率68.8%),其次为大病医保(100例,保障率36.2%),再次为用人单位赔付(71例,保障率25.7%)。结论 潍坊市坊子区肺病防治重点为矽肺和煤工尘肺,需进一步完善工伤保险制度,扩大工伤保险覆盖范围。

Objective To understand current situation of occupational pneumoconiosis in Fangzi District,Weifang City,analyze characteristics of pneumoconiosis incidence,and provide basis for prevention and control of pneumoconiosis.Methods The paper carried on follow-up and retrospective survey on all pneumoconiosis patients in the area from 1980 to 2020,pescriptively analyzed region,gender,type of pneumoconiosis,and security status of patients.Results Among 662 patients,659 were mainly distributed in Fangcheng Street(99.5%).Male accounted for the majority(640 cases,accounting for 96.7%).Main types of pneumoconiosis were silicosis(294 cases,accounting for 44.4%)and coal worker pneumoconiosis(335 cases,accounting for 50.6%).There were currently 276 patients,mainly consisting of urban and rural medical insurance for employees(190 cases,with coverage rate of 68.8%),followed by serious illness medical insurance(100 cases,with coverage rate of 36.2%),and compensation from employers(71 cases,with coverage rate of 25.7%).Conclusion Lung disease prevention and control focus is silicosis and coal worker pneumoconiosis in Fangzi District,Weifang City.It is necessary to further improve work injury insurance system and expand coverage of work injury insurance.
