摘要
目的 探讨知信行教育模式对肺结核患者疾病态度和自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月本院收治的70例肺结核患者,按照随机抽签分组原则分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组患者给予传统健康教育,试验组患者给予知信行健康教育,比较两组干预前和干预后的疾病态度、防治认知、自我护理能力、干预配合度、护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组患者疾病态度、防治认知评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者疾病态度(82.36±3.55)分、防治认知(82.38±3.56)分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者自我护理能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者自我护理能力各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者干预配合度为97.14%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论 肺结核患者知信行教育模式,可改善患者疾病态度,增强患者防治认知,提升自我护理能力和护理满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the influence of knowledge,belief and practice education model on the disease attitude and self-care ability of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given traditional health education,and the patients in the experimental group were given knowledge,belief and practice health education.The disease attitude,prevention and treatment cognition,self-care ability,intervention coordination and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of disease attitude and prevention and treatment cognition between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of disease attitude(82.36±3.55)and prevention and treatment cognition(82.38±3.56)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of self-care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention coordination degree of patients in the experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.29%,significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge,belief and practice education model of pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve patients'disease attitude,enhance patients'awareness of prevention and treatment,and improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
