2022年党的二十大胜利召开,描绘了我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的宏伟蓝图。面对国际国内复杂形势和经济发展多重挑战,我国电力行业展现出稳中有进的良好发展态势。我国全社会用电量波动性增长,电力供应低碳转型积极推进,全国电力供需总体紧平衡,电力体制机制改革持续纵深发展。展望2023年,综合考虑经济稳步复苏、2022年基数偏低、天气气候等因素的影响,预计我国全年全社会用电量增长稳步回升,全国电力供需总体平稳,但部分地区短时电力供需紧张局面依然存在,需多措并举进一步提升电力安全保障能力。

The victory of the Party's 20th National Congress in 2022 drew up a grand blueprint for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.With the complex international and domestic situations and multiple challenges to economic development,the power industry has shown a good development trend of steady progress.The electricity consumption of the whole society has experienced a volatile growth,and the low-carbon transformation of electricity supply has been actively promoted.The overall balance between electricity supply and demand across the country has been tight,and the reform of the electricity system and mechanism has continued to develop in depth.Looking forward to 2023,considering the impact of factors such as a steady economic recovery,a low base in the previous year,and weather and climate,it is expected that the growth of electricity consumption in the whole society will recover steadily throughout the year,and the overall stability of electricity supply and demand across the country will be stable.However,short-term power supply and demand tensions still exist in some regions,and multiple measures need to be taken to further improve the power safety and security capabilities.
