25羟维生素D_(3)、同型半胱氨酸、β2微球蛋白在2型糖尿病合并肾病患者中的表达及临床价值

Expression and Clinical Value of 25 Hydroxyvitamin D,Homocysteine andβ_(2)⁃microglobulin in Pa⁃tients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Nephropathy

目的探究25羟维生素D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)在2型糖尿病合并肾病患者中的表达及临床价值。方法选择本院2019年12月到2020年12月符合确诊为2型糖尿病合并有肾病的70例患者为观察组,选择同一时期70例在本院进行健康体检者为对照组。使用电化学发光法检测25(OH)D_(3),酶循环检法检测Hcy的水平,乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测β_(2)-MG的水平。结果Hcy、β_(2)-MG在糖尿病患者的血清中的水平明显高于对照组,25(OH)D_(3)水平显著低于对照组。结论25羟维生素D_(3)、同型半胱氨酸、β_(2)微球蛋白在2型糖尿病合并肾病患者诊断中有极大的临床参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of 25 hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)],homo⁃cysteine(Hcy)andβ_(2)⁃microglobulin(β_(2)⁃MG)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and nephropathy and another 70 healthy individuals in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled,and set as observation group and control group,respectively.Then the serum levels of 25(OH)D_(3),Hcy andβ_(2)⁃MG were detected by electrochemiluminescence,enzymatic cycling assay and latex⁃enhanced im⁃munoturbidimetry assay.Results Analysis showed that patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and nephropathy had elevated levels of Hcy,β_(2)⁃MG as well as decreased 25(OH)D_(3)level compared to the healthy controls.Conclusion Detection of se⁃rum 25(OH)D_(3),Hcy andβ_(2)⁃MG levels is of great value in the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating nephropathy.
