30.2 mm厚规格X80M钢板的研制与开发

Research and development of 30.2 mm thick X80M plate

为满足管线钢向高等级、大壁厚发展的需求,日钢营口中板有限公司成功开发并试制了30.2 mm厚规格X80M钢板。结果表明:通过严格控制C含量,加入Mo、Cu、Ni等合金元素,冶炼低P、S、H、O、N的洁净钢,充分发挥350 mm特厚连铸机和5 000 mm宽厚板轧机装备能力,粗轧采用少道次、大压下轧制,精轧采用大中间坯策略保证两阶段总压下率,轧后进行UFC超快冷,成功开发了30.2 mm厚规格X80M钢板;钢板性能均匀,屈服强度R_(t0.5)为572.5~607.5 MPa,抗拉强度R_(m)为685.0~735.0 MPa,伸长率A_(50)为43%~48%,屈强比R_(t0.5)/R_(m)为0.81~0.87,-20℃冲击功为280~350 J,-10℃DWTT剪切面积为88%~93%,超声波探伤满足ISO 10893-9 U1级要求;钢板金相组织以针状铁素体为主,含有少量准多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体,M/A岛及富碳组织弥散分布在针状铁素体之间,组织均匀,晶粒度为11级,带状组织为0级。所开发的30.2 mm厚规格X80M钢板的各项组织、力学性能指标均满足标准及客户使用要求,具备良好的市场竞争力。

In order to meet the demand of pipeline steel to develop towards high grade and large wall thickness,the 30.2 mm thick X80M plate was developed in Rizhao Steel Yingkou Medium Plate Co.,Ltd.The results show that the 30.2 mm thick X80M plate is successfully developed by strictly controlling the content of C,adding Mo,Cu,Ni and other alloy elements,smelting clean steel with low P,S,H,O and N,giving full play to the equipment capacity of 350 mm ultra-thick continuous caster and 5000 mm wide and thick plate mill,and the roughing rolling process adopts small pass and large reduction rolling,the finishing rolling adopts large intermediate billet strategy to ensure the total reduction rate of two stages,the UFC ultra-fast cooling is carried out after rolling.The plate has uniform properties,and its yield strength R_(t0.5) is 570-610 MPa,tensile strength R_(m) is 685-735 MPa,elongation A_(50) is 43%-48%,yield ratio R_(t0.5)/R_(m) is 0.81-0.87,impact energy at-20℃is 280-350 J,and DWTT shear area at-10℃is 88%-93%.Ultrasonic flaw detection meets the requirements of ISO 10893-9 U1.The microstructure of the plate is mainly acicular ferrite,containing a small amount of quasi-polyhedral ferrite and granular bainite,and M/A island and carbon-rich structure are dispersed between acicular ferrite.The microstructure of the plate is uniform with the grain size of grade 11 and band structure of grade 0.The microstructure and mechanical properties of 30.2 mm thick X80M plate developed by Rizhao Steel Yingkou Medium Plate Co.,Ltd.meet the standards and customer requirements,and has good market competitiveness.
