摘要
传统的变压器有载分接开关控制流程是由调度主站及后台监控根据设定的电网电压控制逻辑进行自动调压,调压指令下发到档位控制器然后再到电动机构箱进行控制。现有技术存在调档不成功、非正常调档以及错误命令无法校验闭锁的问题。本文设计了一种本质安全的变压器有载分接开关档位控制器防误控制设计方法,使得档位控制器可以对通信和命令报文进行核验和确认,同时根据采集到的目标电压值进行本地调档合理性校验,闭锁错误指令的执行,同时支持快速定位故障。
The traditional control process of transformer on load tap changer is that the power dispatching master station and SCADA automatically regulate the voltage according to the power grid voltage control logic,and the voltage regulation command is sent to the tap controller and then to the mechanism box for control.There are problems such as unsuccessful adjustment,abnormal adjustment,and failure to interlock with incorrect regulation commands.In this paper,an Inherent Safety-based method of antimisoperation control for the transformer on load tap changer is designed,which enables the tap controller to check and confirm the communication and command messages,verify the reasonable tap adjustment according to the voltage target value,interlock the execution of incorrect commands,and support the quick fault location.
